1. What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?

Mobile Spray Technology seeks to find the best method to ship your products. Since most of our products do not fit into a UPS/FedEx shipping scenario – All items will be shipped via freight lines and quoted via RFQ located on the shopping cart. Mobile Spray Technology makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of the day they are received. However, there might be times when orders will take longer to ship.In case of a back order, Mobile Spray Technology will make every effort to notify you of a lead time. Orders received after 1PM PST will be processed the next business day. Shipments to Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Alaska and Canada may take longer then specified. Shipment estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?

All shipping methods are calculated based on service, weight and destination. Note: Shipping charges quoted are ESTIMATES ONLY and may be different at the time of shipping.

3. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

No, you will need to place separate orders when shipping items to multiple addresses.

4. Does Mobile Spray Technology service international destinations?

5. What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?

Since most of our items are shipped via freight lines, a physical address is required for shipping. P.O. boxes are only acceptable for billing addresses.

6. What if you shipped me the wrong item?

Mobile Spray Technology LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If we have shipped you the wrong item, please contact us to arrange for a return and exchange within 30 days of your purchase. 7. What if I ordered the wrong item?

If you have made a mistake in ordering the wrong part, feel free to contact us to arrange for a return and exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

8. What if the package arrived damaged?

Mobile Spray Technology makes every effort to package all shipments in appropriate packaging; however, we cannot guarantee that a package will not be damaged on arrival. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect all packages and to note any damage to the freight company driver. Please report damaged freight to Mobile Spray Technology Customer Service.
